Students involved in the program will be educated in an 8-week program that will cover several aspects of real estate, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

Project “Real” Solutions is a 501c3 Non Profit Organization created to introduce youth ages 16-21, to financial, real estate, and entrepreneurial Opportunities as a means of commerce, empowerment, and wealth building as an alternative to the traditional pathway to success.

THE PROBLEM

: Millions of urban families lack financial and investment literacy that can help create financial and generational wealth.

: Nearly half of children residing in Rochester New York live in poverty. (Second highest in the nation).

: Most families in inner-city communities lack financial as well as investment literacy contributing to a 30% – 40% wealth gap at retirement. It is our goal to positively impact these families and change the statistics.

THE SOLUTIONS - OUR PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

Project “Real” Solutions is to introduce young adults, in the communities, to real estate as a means of commerce, entrepreneurship, wealth building, and financial literacy as an alternate to the traditional education to success.


Students in the program will get a 8 week classroom as well as hands on training  on real estate , financial education, and investing  through training with  local experts.

Over the 8-week course the students will devote 2 week days (2hrs p/day) and 1 weekend day(2hrs) toward their completion of the course. At the end of the course all students will have the opportunity to interview with local real estate companies and or individuals for jobs or apprenticeships.

A’donnis Howard is vibrant, determined, passionate, and resolute. He wears many hats and has had success in entrepreneurship in the Nursing field, Life & Business coaching, Keynote Speaker, Consulting , and Real Estate Ventures. But he always had the inner desire to create opportunities for young adults that can make a positive impact in their life.

Purpose of Program

To give inner-city young adults the necessary resources, structure, confidence, motivation, and skillset to make a positive impact in their life, their families, and their community.

Class Standard Of Procedure

  • First week of teaching in classroom, Second week hands on (out in field or project)

  • Classes will be taught by mentors in the real estate/finance industry

  • At the end of each class will be a written response (what are they taking away from this experience) or hands-on project

  • Classes will be 3x weekly for 2 hours and At the end of the program, students will receive awards and interviews with Real Estate Companies, Investors, etc to become mentors and further pursue their career goals
