Meet the Founder

A'donnis founded Project “REAL” Solutions to teach young adults, in urban communities how to obtain a career in real estate and use it to break the cycle of generational poverty. No longer will they fear the failures of traditional educational inequities because they will now have the tools, resources, education, and support to learn a career that will allow them to change their lives, and positively alter the lives of their families for generations to come.

“ I truly believe strongly in our communities. if we can educate our young adults on topics such as financial literacy, real estate, and give them more positive opportunities, our communities can grow.

When A’donnis isn’t working, He enjoys improving himself and spending time with family and friends.

Vice-Chairman Of The Board - DR. Johnathon Sharpe SR.

Project “Real” Solutions is to introduce young adults, in the communities, to real estate as a means of commerce, entrepreneurship, wealth building, and financial literacy as an alternate to the traditional education to success.

Students in the program will get a 8 week classroom as well as hands on training on real estate , financial education, and investing through training with local experts.

Over the 8-week course the students will devote 2 week days (2hrs p/day) and 1 weekend day(2hrs) toward their completion of the course. At the end of the course all students will have the opportunity tointerview with local real estate companies and or individuals for jobs or apprenticeships.

Vice-Chairman Of The Board - Jazmine Turner

Jazmine is a native of Rochester, NY. She grew up in the city and attended East High school in her youth. After graduating, she began working full-time for a few years. I decided to attend college as an adult and obtained both a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership, from Roberts Wesleyan College. I am currently a Logistics Analyst, as I have a passion for working in supply chain operations. I own and maintain rental property in Rochester as well.

Secretary - Rebekah Boykins

Hello PlanHER+ Babes. I am Rebekah Denise,

But I go by Rabbit. I'm thirty-something, born and raised in NY. I am the brand and content creator of Beautiful Mindset PlanHER+ LIC. I like to think of myself as an authentic voice in the digital world focused on building relationships and building brands that speak to ones journey. My journey began with creating content as a little girl that required me to be vulnerable, transparent and shed light on my personal endeavors. From life experiences Beautiful Mindset was formed and started 8 years ago as a womens empowerment group, telling the hard truth, accepting accountability and standing in your truth.

Treasurer - Stephanie Harris

Stephanie Harris was born and raised in Rochester, NY. She is the proud mother of two amazing young men and currently serves as a School Principal in the City of Rochester, where she has been employed for 19 years. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering & Technology from RIT. After three years in the field, Stephanie realized she had a natural calling for education and saw herself in the students she tutored in her spare time. Using her previous career experience, she was able to bring many real-world experiences into the classroom. One activity that her students remember to this day was building an actual am radio, using the math concepts learned in class.

One thing that makes Ms. Harris so unique is that she continues to teach and learn as she leads.

Director of Marketing - Nichole Cotton-Blue

Born and raised in Rochester, Nichole has always loved the close-knit community her hometown has offered. After leaving to attend college, she returned to marry, raise her family, and serve her community. For the past 10 years, Nichole has worked in the legal industry as a corporate paralegal and in office administration. The valuable skills learned throughout her career, Nichole understands the value of professionalism, integrity, and outstanding client service.

Nichole has always had a passion for helping others coupled with her love of real estate she became a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in July of 2022 where she sold 4 homes within her first 5 months.
